I'm Nikos Vozaitis.
I have a degree in cullinary arts as a Chef. I have been working since 2002 at the kitchen industry. Through these years i have done my practice as a trainee chef for 2 years, after as a chef de partie for 4 years and as a head chef-executive chef for the rest 10 years of my career at a variety of restaurants.
Through this site im looking for a better job opportunity or cooperation for extending my knowledge and passion for cooking and profecional kitchen managing.
This site is created for my CV and PORTFOLIO so that i can share some of my jobs through my dishes-recipes and their pictures.
